·        Keep Christ in Christmas – River Terrace Resort - 9:00 to 10:30 AM

o   Public Welcome!  This event will feature Santa’s relaying stories of how they feel God works in them while they are portraying Santa.  Writer/director Jerry Hartke and star Matt Mesler will be addressing the audience about the upcoming epic movie “Nicholas of Myra”

·        Celebrate Santa Convention Registration – 8:30 AM– 2:30 PM  River Terrace

·        2nd Annual Holly and Shamrock Parade – 4:00 PM, Line up 3:00 PM

o   Public Welcome!  Expecting tens of thousands to line the parkway of Gatlinburg to watch this special event.  Jerry Hartke and Matt Mesler will be the Grand Marshall’s.  Santa’s and Mrs. Claus’s from all over the United States, Canada and Australia will be there.  Floats, bands, Elves and even the Grinch!

·        Meet and Greet – River Terrace Resort - 8:00 to 10:00 PM

o   Santa Joe and Mary will greet all the Santa’s, Mrs. Claus’ and elves and welcome them to Gatlinburg.

·        Opening Session of the 2^nd Annual Celebrate Santa Convention – Gatlinburg Convention Center – 8:30 to 10:00 AM

·        Santa’s Showcase Opens – Mills Auditorium – 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

·        Lunch – Tennessee Ballroom – 12:00 to 1:30 PM

·        Workshops till 5:00 PM

·        Dinner – on your own

·        An Evening with Nicholas of Myra – Tennessee Ballroom – Gatlinburg Convention Center – 8:00 -10:00PM

o   Jerry Hartke, writer/director and Matt Mesler, Lead Actor will show clips from the upcoming epic motion picture “Nicholas of Myra” and explain some of the nuances of the movie, especially as it relates to the origins of Santa Claus.  Also the unveiling of the new non-profit foundation they are creating.

o   Open to the Public!  Watch as Santa’s, Mrs. Claus’ and Elves strut their stuff!  This event will have an MC explaining all the different period costumes.

            Watch as Santa’s and Mrs. Claus’ fly down the hill to determine who is really the fastest of all.  This contest will feature teams from the United States, Canada and Australia.  Come support your state or country to victory!
